About Oscar Alvarez
Oscar is a 1982 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Oscar earned his Masters of Science in Education from Old Dominion University in 1993.

As a 10 year Army Veteran, Oscar is dedicated to serving others. As a missionary in Uganda, Oscar and his wife Rhoda, sons Samuel, and Lucas worked to build orphanages for children.
